Here We Go!

This is officially my first post for my new blog. Each day will have it’s own topic assigned to it—all relating to fitness of course ☺

Mondays will be CardioMonday. I chose cardio for the first day because for most of us women (I’m assuming mostly women will be reading this, no offense guys), we need cardio to burn lots of calories for fat burn! Each Monday will have some tips or cardio ideas for the rest of that week.

Following is StrengthTuesdays because it’ll be important to get in a total body strength training workout three days a week. Yup, three days. This day I’ll show some of my favorite workouts and some suggestions on what to do.
Next is NutritionWednesday. Nutrition is a key part to weight loss, and being a fit, healthy person. This is in the middle of the week to keep us on track ☺ This is the hardest part for me!

For RecipeThursdays I’ll put on some of my favorite healthy recipes.
And last but not least, BeautyFridays. Now you’re probably wondering what beauty has to do with fitness! Think of it more as a total wellness for yourself. For anyone who knows me, they know I have a passion for makeup almost as much as fitness. I thought it’d be fun for the weekend to throw in some beauty tips!
