
There are tons of reasons why some of us can't do cardio on any particular day. Sometimes we can't run outside due to the weather, or maybe you don't belong to a gym. Or maybe you have no idea what to do if you can't run or get on some cardio equipment. But that shouldn't stop us from breaking a sweat!
Here is a cardio workout you can do in your living room on a rainy day.
- Mountain Climbers - 1 min
- Plank - 2 min
- Jumping Jacks - 1 min
- Squat Jumps - 20 reps
- Run in place, high knees - 2 min
- Ski Jumping (jump side to side with feet together as if you're skiing) - 1 min
- Hold the UP push up position (or plank on hands) - 1 min
- Keep that position and bring 1 knee in at a time for 15 rep
Repeat this 2 - 3x, depending on how long of a workout you want. Don't rest longer than 60 sec in between each exercise.
