Can't Make it to the Gym?



Here is a Tae Bo workout by Billy Blanks from YouTube. If you have enough room to workout in front of your computer, it's a great way to get in a workout if you don't feel like making it to the gym that day. It's only in about 10 minute increments, so there are 5 videos, but it's all the same workout. I love Tae Bo workouts because I always feel like I'm getting cardio, but my muscles get a great workout too! Have Fun!
