Ham Fried Rice



This is a simple, fast, and healthy recipe. It can be served as a side dish, or even a main meal if you wanted.

  • Rice
  • Diced Ham
  • Chopped Carrots
  • Peas
  • 2-3 Eggs
  • Chopped Green Onions
  • Soy Sauce
  • Any other vegetable you'd like to add
Put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large cooking pan and first saute the green onions. Then add the ham, cook for 3-4 minutes until heated up. Then add your carrots, peas, or whatever vegetables. Beat 2-3 eggs and add to the pan and scramble the eggs.

Then add the rice to the large pan once everything is cooked and voila! Add as much soy sauce as necessary for taste. I put a little in the pan with everything, but then put extra on the table for those who want more.
