

Are you ready for a little challenge in your strength training? This might sound random, but if you are doing an exercise with your eyes closed, it makes it a lot harder! If you want an even more difficult challenge, keep them closed while still working on balance, i.e. standing on one leg or on the Bosu Ball. It's actually harder than you might think!
By doing this, you not only have to concentrate on the exercise you are doing, but you will be required to use the other muscles of your body to keep you stable. And you know what happens any time you're using more muscles in your body? You burn more calories. Yaya!
