If You Could Work On Just One Thing...


There is so much focus and attention out there on what we should eat, when we should eat, how much, and fad diets galore. But this is my proposal:

If we spent all the time and energy we're spending right now on food, and trying to lose weight and which way to lose it, and instead focused on one thing, we'd all look great. So what is it? LEARN HOW TO STOP EATING WHEN YOU'RE SATISFIED!
If I focused my attention and self discipline on this one concept, to stop eating when I'm satisfied, I'd look great all the time, and so would you if you did the same. Why don't we try this method, instead of spending money on fad diets, or trying to kill ourselves at the gym because of what we've over-eaten. I'm not saying we don't have to workout anymore or we can eat whatever we want, but just to eat everything in moderation.

So today I want you to focus on what you're eating, make sure you're enjoying it, eat is slowly, and pay attention to when you're satisfied, then stop at that point.
