Ideas For Fruits and Veggies

Rotate What You Eat
"Start rotating the fruits and vegetables you eat, rather than eating the same healthful food over and over again. Every fruit and vegetable has its own unique mixture of vitamins and minerals. Eat too much of the same foods and you'll always be deficient in whichever nutrients those foods lack. Switch things around every so often and you'll get a more complete nutrient balance of the entire antioxidant family."

Eat Something Green Every Other Bite
"To limit how much you eat at every meal and make sure the healthful stuff gets into the line-up, have a forkful of some form of water-laden vegetable (zucchini, broccoli, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers) after every forkful of the rest of your meal. Eating vegetables in between bites of other food will mix in extra roughage, which will help to: speed up digestion, preventing your body from absorbing as many calories; fortify your body with additional vitamins, minerals and anti oxidative phytochemicals; decrease your risk of obesity, certain types of cancer, gastrointestinal problems, and a host of other diseases."
