I heard from a beauty lady on Oprah that the best lip stuff to put on your lips at night is this Neutrogena Lip Smoother. She said if you put them it on at night your lips will stay moist all winter. The price is around $8. I just bought some at WalGreens with a buy one get one free deal so that was exciting :) It truly is very moisturizing especially for those who have constantly dry lips.
