Cardio/Strength Mix


Today we're going to combine our cardio and strength training.

Do every strength exercise 15-20 times. Make sure the last time burns and you feel like you can't do any more. If you don't feel that, your weight is too light.

1. Walking Plank
2. Pushups
3. 20 jumping jacks
4. Rest for 1 minute
5. Squats
6. Back Fly
7. Mountain Climbers
8. Run in place for 1 minute - keep your knees up high
9. Rest 1 minute
10. Lunges
11. Lateral Walks with resistance bands
12. Hold the UP pushup position for 30 seconds
13. Jump rope or jump in place for 30 seconds
14. Rest for 1 minute

REPEAT
