Jumping Day


Today you'll need a jump rope, box to jump on or step onto, and stairs.

Jump Rope: 2 minutes
Box Jumps (or you could do box step ups with one leg at a time): 2 minutes
Jump Rope: 3 minutes
Box Jumps: 2 minutes
Stairs: 5x

Repeat that for 30 minutes.
