Since we did intervals on Monday, and we're probably a little sore from yesterday, we'll do a lighter cardio today, a little.Choose your cardio activity, and do a pyramid like this:
- Start at walking speed
- Each minute raise your incline by 1
- Every two minutes raise your speed by 1
- When you get to your max incline and speed, stay there for a minute, then start your way back down gradually, just as you did on the way up.
