Virtual BootCamp! Who's With Me?!

Who's sick of layin' around and being lazy?! Okay, it's been nice, I'm not going to lie :) But Fall is coming and summer is almost over, so it's time to get a routine down for our workouts!

For one month, I will give you what to do Mon-Fri for your workout. You've got to commit yourself to do it everyday! It's going to whip you back into shape, at least internally, for the first month. Then it will get you back into the routine you need and get you out of this summer rut!

We'll start this Monday! So get prepared to start working out consistently and making it a priority in your life!
