A Little More and A Little Less

Sometimes we think that in order to lose weight or look better we have to make these HUGE changes and lifestyle. While it is true that we should be trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I don't think that's always the case. Here's my thought:

If we just try to do a little more exercising each week and eat a little less junk than we usually do, then we will be heading in the right direction. So think of it that way. Don't procrastinate "eating healthy" because you have to change your whole entire kitchen. Instead, try and make two better choices a day.

1. How can I eat healthier today than yesterday?
2. What can I do today to stay active in my life?
