How to Eliminate Sugar and White Flour

Here are some ways that Ultrametabolism gives to eliminate sugar and white flour from your diet.

  • Just go cold turkey
  • Include protein in breakfast: eggs, nuts, sees, nut butter, tofu, protein shake.
  • Combine protein, good-fat, and good carbs at each meal i.e. Good Fats: fish, extra-virgin olive oil, olives, nuts, seeds, avocados. Good Carbs: beans, veggies, whole grains, fruit. Good Proteins: fish, eggs, nuts, soy, whole grains, and legumes.
  • Don't go low fat- consume olive oil, olives, nuts, seeds, and avocados
  • Eat every 3 hours- snack on nuts, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds (raw or dry roasted, in about a handful.)
I've been doing this for a week now and I feel great! I'm not eating any sugar or white flour and I am still satisfied. I already feel thinner and healthier. I'll let you know how I feel after doing this for a month.
