- Just go cold turkey
- Include protein in breakfast: eggs, nuts, sees, nut butter, tofu, protein shake.
- Combine protein, good-fat, and good carbs at each meal i.e. Good Fats: fish, extra-virgin olive oil, olives, nuts, seeds, avocados. Good Carbs: beans, veggies, whole grains, fruit. Good Proteins: fish, eggs, nuts, soy, whole grains, and legumes.
- Don't go low fat- consume olive oil, olives, nuts, seeds, and avocados
- Eat every 3 hours- snack on nuts, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds (raw or dry roasted, in about a handful.)
