
Remember that all lists apply to the foods to enjoy for Phase I of the detox. So they are in addition to the other foods you can enjoy. Basically eat whole, unprocessed, organic foods as much as possible and you will be healthier, and thinner. Eat the foods that our ancestors ate and your body will understand what you're putting into your body and know what to do with it. I love being able to understand what the effects of food are on me, but it's nice to have a comprehensive list like this to see what foods I should be eating and avoiding.
