Breakfast



Again, it's a pretty simple recipe. But it can give you an idea of how you can eat whole foods without starving yourself and actually enjoying it.

  • 2 Eggs
  • Avocado
  • Wasa Crisp Cracker
I also had a small bowl of fruit along with it including:
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Grapes
  • Banana
  • Tangerines
