Who Doesn't Want a Nice Butt?


Before I get into this I want to make something VERY clear. You can not work a certain part of your body and think that because you worked out that one muscle, the fat will disappear RIGHT THERE. Fat will come off evenly from your body, or where you were genetically made to do so. But, that doesn't mean you can't tone certain muscles, so when the fat does come off, it'll look nice and firm :)

Having said that, here are 10 great exercises for your glutes.

  1. Squats
  2. Lunges
  3. Step ups
  4. Hip Extensions
  5. One-legged deadlifts
  6. Kickboxing
  7. Biking
  8. Running
  9. Hiking
  10. Walking
