
This is my favorite salad. It's pretty simple and you can add or take away anything you don't like, but it's super tasty and healthy. Here's what I put in it:
- chicken
- lettuce
- beans (black, pinto, kidney, any bean you prefer. Mine are black.)
- tomatoes
- avocado
- yellow bell pepper (charred)
- orange bell pepper (charred)
- squeeze lemon for taste
