Favorite Salad



This is my favorite salad. It's pretty simple and you can add or take away anything you don't like, but it's super tasty and healthy. Here's what I put in it:
  • chicken
  • lettuce
  • beans (black, pinto, kidney, any bean you prefer. Mine are black.)
  • tomatoes
  • avocado
  • yellow bell pepper (charred)
  • orange bell pepper (charred)
  • squeeze lemon for taste
You'd be surprised by all the flavors that you don't really need dressing on there. Depending on how strict you're being, you can put a tablespoon or two on there, but you don't need it if you're being strict and eating purely whole foods.
