Cross Training Day


You've worked hard this week! Right? :)

Today I want you to have a fun! Or at least do some different kind of cardio than you usually do. If you're a runner, get on a bike. If you're a biker, jump in the pool.

Whatever you do, keep it light, but long :) Do it for 45-60 minutes but you don't need to necessarily get your heart rate up. It should be a recovery day. This is if you've pushed yourself and done all the workouts. If you're working out 5-6 days a week, it's good to take one day that's low intensity.

So turn up your music and have fun!
