Breakfast/Lunch


I find that sometimes I don't know what to eat for breakfast when eating clean. Here is a breakfast I had that I love! You could also have this for lunch. It's just two fried eggs, with avocado and small red and yellow peppers chopped, with some re-fried beans. You get the good carbs from the veggies, good fat from avocado, and protein from the beans and eggs. Some people don't like re-fried beans, especially by themselves, so of course you can substitute them with something else. The idea is just to get creative with what foods you eat together when you're eating clean, you'll have to mix it up!
